taking the blame for vandalizing?? why??
so my buddy got caught vandalizing a neighbors house.
I was staying the night at his place, the following night. His parents somehow found out it was him, they came into his room and said Joe.. give us your car keys were selling it.. and Jon is going home, and your grounded for the next 6 months...
he started freaking out, and so did they. i piped up and said you guys cant do that to him.. he didnt do it.. it was me.. they looked at me shocked..(everyone always thought i was such a good kid, wow i had them fooled) so anyways he kept his car and wasnt grounded, but i could never come to his house again... so he just came to mine.
Worst part was having to replace broken windows, and wash paint off a house. Luckily no one called the cops or i would have gotten so screwed... i think back now and wonder... why did i take the blame? what a noob!

i would have been like well you did it.
not mi fault. not unless mi friend would get abused or something that would be a diff story. but you deff sounded like you were a good friend to him. :)
