crazy scifi teacher who worships science fiction and walks around school in a cape.
this teacher teaches scifi lit at noah's high school. he's kind of insane and eccentric, and no one on campus goes near him because they think he's crazy. He believes with every fiber of his being that the scifi he reads is true (including, per chance, vampire scifi). his classroom is covered from top to bottom in black paper and there are strange (and rather creepy) objects in glass jars all over his classroom. And he walks around school with a black cape on.

we had a world history teacher in my junior high who always wore a cape and eccentric costumes. for halloween she wore jeans and a t-shirt :P
she wasn't creepy, but i love this idea just because it reminds me of her. :)
kind of makes me think of how snape made the kids in hp learn about werewolves when lupin was a teacher :P
