Only downfall I can see in this is if the super power challenge isnt for Hope. otherwise... wow.

Challenge
Come up with an awesome super power.
Summary
An advisory transmission to anyone encountering Hope Fox. Her powers have extended from internal esper to near-complete control over atmosphere, temperature, and gravity.
