Veggie Jello

Fun, festive, and disgusting!

The most disgusting holiday food I know is Christmas Veggie Jello!  You start with red or green jello and make it the same way you would, where you might normally add fruit though you add veggies instead.  If you use red jello, you want to use green veggies to get that Christmas color scheme down well.  The best one is brocolli so you have a little green tree in a red cube!  If you use green jello a favorite is cherry tomatoes, they almost look like ornaments!  And yes, you want to dish them up in individual servings with clear cups for the look!
