Medical drama "House" gets schooled - PRE-schooled. It could be lupus!
One of the best medical dramas (IMHO) is House. What's not to love? Witty and sarcastic doctor who tries to alienate his team of interesting and entangled doctors and coworkers while solving cool medical mysteries.
So to make it funnier, let's change the environment. Like, let's say... a nursery school? Change some names but keep the characters, change the environment but keep the tone.
For example:
Dr. Mansion (House) has attended Little Creek Pre-school since his horrible accident which left him addicted to morphine. Still a brilliant doctor, he is respected by Principal Cubby (Cuddy) and the other teachers around him. With his team of brilliant nurses Moreman, Mase, and Mameron (Foreman, Chase and Cameron), he keeps the small children safe - from dangerous foreign contaminations, if not his relentless sarcasm.
A scene:
Billy: OUCH!
Miss Peach: Oh no, BILLY!
(Peach and Mansion go over to the fallen boy.)
Peach: Don't worry, sweetie, it's just a scratch.
(The nurses all spy the accident and come to help.)
Mansion: (looks at the wound) Better not kiss that to make it better.
Peach: What? It's just blood.
Mansion: Blood doesn't bleed _like that_.
Mameron: It could be lupus!
(And it is. Or something.)

I saw after I submitted this that other people had already submitted things of House (I was surprised, since I had searched for the tag 'house' and came up with nothing!).
So really, I hope that House wins. It's kinda a popularity contest to me.
I saw an Episode in that show, It's always sunny in Philly, and they made light of cancer for a whole episode.
Sarah Silverman did a show making light of AIDS.
Just about anything can be done anymore. I know we have to censor ourselves somewhat here, but it's getting to a point where just about anything goes.
I won't even get into South Park and Adult Swim... ;)
