Girl Meets Boy

I tried for a different type of viewpoint and tell about the most perfect boy I have ever met in a story type setting. Hopefully I didn't butcher it - I'm not used to serious writing.

Once upon a time, there was a young girl who attended an average high school, filled with multitudes of normal people. Few stood out, and the ones that did generally made an effort to, being either a drama geek or a token goth kid. However, there was one person that did stand out to this girl – one boy who was without equal. A pearl among swine, if you like the old clichés.

She wondered if she was the only one to see it. After all, how could everyone not notice his wonderful dark hair, his bright eyes, the smile that made her heart melt? His clothes were nice too – jeans slightly loose but not so much that he’d flash his boxers, and shirts or sweaters that were always crisp. And when he wore his glasses, he looked even more intelligent, if possible.

As it was not just his appearance that drew her in – his intelligence was a much bigger draw. She had always been a little weak-kneed for a guy with a big brain, and he was certainly that. The first student at the school to get a perfect score on his SATs; rather impressive. It wasn’t just obvious in testing either, as she could talk to him in almost any subject and have an in depth discussion.

Being with him didn’t have to be serious either. They were in the same after school club, and there they would laugh and tease and generally have good, lighthearted fun. Sure, he was competitive and she even more so, but to her that was a good thing. She couldn’t stand to have someone agree with her all of the time.

Not that he wasn’t agreeable. Perhaps the best thing about him was that he was sweet, a gentleman. The type who would open the door for a lady, who once ran out in the pouring rain to get his car so the girl wouldn’t have to get wet. He ended up drenched, but the girl had never thought he was more handsome than he was then.

For all these reasons, the girl fell in love with him. But if it’s a happily ever after you want, seek elsewhere. The boy rode off into the sunset on his silver steed a long time ago, leaving behind a girl to miss him, as well as her image of the perfect man.

Aww, this is sweet. But at least you got to go to school with him! There are always the five and ten year class reunions, too, don't forget those. And I'm sure Sean Bean would get a perfect score on the SAT if he ever took it. I'm just saying.

lol, if the SATs were judged based on how cool he looks, then yes xD

Yeah, I enjoyed the time I had with him, but he was in a grade above me. Alas.

Awww...that was really sweet. I like it.

And I like the notion of his silver steed. I hope it's a Vespa.

Actually, it was a Mustang ^^ I wanted to put it in, but I wasn't sure if it'd be allowed, as it is a brand :/

And thanks :)
