Aw, man! But think of it this way: if the economy keeps going the way it does, this may be all anyone gets for their birthdays next year.

I felt terrible, I even hoped for some sort of party at the end of the day off of work, but I couldn't believe that nobody remembered.

What's the weirdest gift you've ever given or received?
Summary
My birthday this year was forgotten, how horrible. And the only person that remembered was my cousin-in-law who's on probation for some stupid reason, and he sent me a 2008 shiny penny. But...instead of just throwing it into my wallet, I framed it and put it on a table labeled as 'My Only Birthday Present '08'.
