And still they fight.

Against an unstoppable barrage of indestructible and heartless network executives, unscrupulous bloggers, and a public that considers them crazy zealots, Sarah Connor, her son, and a renegade executive, work together to take down the evil SkyNielsen with an arsenal of DVR's and their own sheer will.

And then Clark Kent flies in and tells them to stop being whiny bitches.

Also at one point Knight Rider will come and try to rescue them, but it gets a flat tire trying to transform into a Ford F150 while going 150 miles per hour.

Interesting concept. I'm not sure this functions well as a drama but this would be great to spoof!

Well, they're still alive, but they're constantly under the threat of cancellation apparently. the only thing keeping them up is apparently their TiVo rating is pretty high compared to other shows.
