Bryan has some new comic books.
Noah's friend Bryan Legrand is a comic book geek. The other day he happens to buy some new comic books to one of his favorite comic series about -- get this-- Vampires. These are based on real folklore with beautiful illustrations, and Bryan is crazy about them. As soon as he sees Noah during break, he starts raving about them. Could this be a possible source to shed some light on his current situation? Maybe he should borrow them when Bryan's done.
