Your friend sounds like Scarlet's long lost twin! And you are absolutely right...of the two things we've heard that would make you like Scarlet, one was a lie and the other happened when she was a child.
But she could bust out and be an angel in the next episode! We've at least seen real (or real fake depending on how the show goes) emotion from the other characters.
I hate it when people do like your friend and will never let you finish a thought before they disagree or try to shush you.....! This is a really good compilation of the Scarlet-esque tendencies your friend exhibits.

Summary
i know scarlet seemed nice in a few instances, but in my mind, she is a betch. i guess overall--how she constantly rolls her eyes at people, has lied about her boyfriend/childhod friend, looks obnoxious, acts like she's the best--makes me dislike her. This is how one of my friends is a betch.
