Woot! Great topic. I can relate to this entirely! I am gluten free. I found out I have celiac earlier this year. Man...the grocery bills tend to be a bit high though.

I took some cupcake cones into my English class one day, and my one friend asked if they had Gluten. I'm like, what???
She apparently has this. I felt really bad caus e she couldnt have an awesome cupcake cone :(

There are some GREAT-tasting alternatives now (Glutino pretzels, some of the cake mixes) but everything's WAY stupid expensive. :)

Woo hoo! A Health topic. I don't know much about going glutenless, but now I know. I never knew there was such a thing. I usually eat whole wheat-- that counts, right?
I really like your kitchen, as if you're in an actual studio with "fake" kitchenware, haha. Like everyone else said, your eyes were obviously looking at cue cards but I was looking at cue cards as well on my vidja. Don't you wish that your camera could have cue cards inside so you'd be looking straight at the camera? x)

I think was a great job. I noticed the off-camera looking, but if the regular TV personalities didn't have fancy teleprompters, we know they would be doing the same thing.
I think it is super that you covered a health related topic, it reminds of when I was a kid and would be watching the Price Is Right and CBS would usually have a Health News Update in the program.
I've enjoyed every video of yours I've ran across so far on this site. :)
