Hiya

Did you watch Merlin episode 3? Wow wow wow, it's just getting better and better. And episode 4 looks unbelievable!!! Gwen looks really sweet in Morgana's dress - nice to seeing her going up in the world :-)

And you sound just like me when I was 17- wow I feel so old (all of 29, soon to be 30 aargh!) You just wanna explore and see new things before job or boyfriend/marriage/kids or something else holds you down. I so get that! But you go for it ... seriously look for uni far far away you only live once... and also you make incredible friends with people when you are far away and stuck together. It's great!! For Uni I went to Manchester which is about 4 hours drive away and it was great - too far to just go visit home whenever I wanted (couldn't yet drive) but near enough for the major hols. Made friends for life there too. Weirdly enough my best friend from Uni went and married a Dutchy too although she went to Switzerland and just moved back to Manchester.

And yeah, London is pretty cool. I''ve been to new York but I happened to be 2 years old so didn't really get much from the experience... maybe one day...

Have a fabulous week :-)

if you moved to where you live only 6 years ago then you probably remember a different lifestyle - maybe a faster one. I can understand where you're coming from - how old are you? Coz right now you're watching all your friends in your area just stay stagnant and not wish for anything different and yet you want more - go for it baby! You might have to wait a few years for your dream (don't know your age!) but then the world's your oyster!!!

I totally know how you feel... i have to get out sometimes and i married a great guy who reallly understands my need for new things... even with 4 kiddies - i love them to bits but the evenings are my time!!! Okay my oldest is 9 so no teenager issues yet - I'm freakin' out just thinkin' about it. One of my closest friends is 19 and I hope I can have a sort of friend relationship with my own kids. My mum is like my best friend!

That's also probably why I went for a 'foreigner' marrying a Dutchy and getting 4 years over there - just different... and Dutch guys are cool :-) If i stay in the house too long I go crazy, need to go out and see new things. London's pretty cool for that! And where I live in Suburbia, we've got nice walks and scenery a short drive away!

LOVED MERLIN (AND ARTHUR!!) Next week Morgana's gonna show us some magic - hope she goes slightly evil. Then the following week Lancelot returns - hope there's loads of jealousy from Artthur! ;-)

heya - thought i'd write here instead of on the merlin link... :-)

where you live sounds so beautiful - large open spaces, scenery, woodland. or that's how i picture it - am i veyr wrong or right? so are you new blood or your family lived there since the town's inception? :-)

i live in classic suburbia (about 1/2 hour drive from centre of london). perfect distance to visit but far enough away from the crowds. i luv where i live and wouldn't move for anything. probably coz my neighbours are like my best friends.

Anywayz, watch Merlin episode 2 urgent - unbelievable :-)

it seems weird but i've been waiting sooooo long for season 2 that it seemed like it would never start - the best things come to those who wait and all that - well, we've jolly well waited long enough. finally only 2 days minus 3 hours to go!!!!!

MERLIN here we come... :-)!!!

oh yeah and forgot to add about my doctor who obsession. amazingly enough i only discovered doctor who in the middle of season 3, luved the episode and saw and then spent 1 1/2 weeks of illegal watching (starting with Chris) to catch up. What a pleasurable week that was ;-). so i fell very quickly in luv in quirky eccleston and then head-over-heals with David Tennant. I'm not so sure about Matt Smith but i suppose have to give it a go!

was hoping wuld start this week but nooo unfortunately not. well, the season 2 pics are up on www.bbc.co.uk/merlin but no starting date for the series. next week!?!?!? hope hope hope!

yep know how you feel about not being able to watch shows straight away but because of a different country. I did the same with Legend of the Seeker from the US - which is brilliant by the way. Book series by Terry Goodkind fabulous too - start at no. 1 wizard's first rule!

and i wonder if i will be so into doctor who once dt leaves! i hope so, i luved it with Chris E. but i luv it more with DT... gonna miss him so much!
