i am really really tired but i am also very excited because the junior varsity coach is looking at me to be on his team. right now i am on the freshman team so yea, its really exciting.

It's really easy once you know how to do it. Go to the Challenges link at the top of the page to find a challenge you can enter. Next go to the said challenge's page and in the lower right you'll find a link that says "Submit". If you click on that everything should be self-explanatory from then on. Hope this helps!! :)
